Lol. Only thing I can think of is they lose speed until they can get from behind the other truck. If they are loaded it'll take a while to get their speed back up. I don't know why they do this. I do know a lot of company trucks are regulated to only be able to run 65mph. I know this probably don't help but that's all I have. :-)
