if you want to post on a comment go to bottom of page instead of clicking post quick reply click on Go Advanced, then go down to Manage Attachment, it should give you another window that allows you to browse and post what you want from your computer, same thing with post pics on a thread or report. sometimes its takes a while to load when post them from computer, most time its faster if its from a url.
