[big nd fan]

Got to a spot Sunday and I could see flounder busting the surface chasing bait. Saw at least 30 or 40. Tried to catch them but he water was 1' and the bottom was really muddy. Tried reeling in fast but still hitting bottom.

Has anyone had success in real shallow water with any type of topwater?
