Computer help
My fiancé just opened her laptop and it has this bogus FBI screen saying computer is locked and you have to buy a pre paid credit card to pay fine.... Obviously a scam and she has been hacked . But computer will not allow you to get off this screen ... Any ideas?? It says she illegally downloaded movies or music which she has never done
