I am new to this area but I believe that Henderson is hit or miss and you will never know when the birds are 'hitting' in their because the locals that hunt there are tight-lipped.
That being said, if you are interested in coots, every time I drive over the bridge there are 2 or 3 huge rafts of coots that have to number in the thousands. You can kill 15, don't have to get up early, and have heard they taste alright
The water is very low right now, so probably not much area for everyone to spread out. Go check it out and bring a fishing pole for the sacaulait
