Like the title says, I got my first ticket. I was in central la, driving on the highway to work. I see the lights behind me, so I am pulled over and given a ticket for doing 73 in 50. Plus no seatbelt. So what are my options? Should I pay the ticket or fight it? Will my insurance go up for my first offence?
