I wonder if anyone has compared the results of cleaning fish this way and the "traditional" way of filleting. I think I'll try a test next time I go/catch some specks. I will try to pick identically sized specks and clean them both ways and then weigh the resulting fillets on my wife's Weight Watcher's scale which is very accurate (and seldom used for its intended purpose, but that's another story
)
Just seems like there would be more waste cleaning them according to the video, but perhaps I'm wrong.
