The weather is supposed to be a lot better by then. Rob said something was supposed to pass thru and clear up before the weekend.
The Specks are all the way up to the I-10 bridge right now. Gerald and I talked to a guy fishing a 15 ft. alum. flat and yesterday he started at the I-10 bridge and caught Specks all the way down to the I-210 bridge on DOA shrimp.
Just hit any reefs in the lake. I don't think you can do wrong there. Be sure to be chunking lures at daylight. In my opinion, that is the best time to catch fish, the first couple hours of daylight.
