I'd like to find a farmer selling crawfish. I buy on average 1200 - 1500 lbs for a crawfish boil for my church each year ( one time boil ). I like large and medium crawfish so that they don't run out fast for the number of people I cook for. If anyone knows or if your a farmer, pm me. I normally do the boil right after Easter Sunday.
