Default Good way to end the season

well yesterday we went to the prairie and shot 2 mottleds which was nice. Then today we went and hunted my local woody hole. Well with all the rainwater the river is still pretty high and still has the wood ducks scattered, but me and my buddy have been trying to get together for a hunt all year and today was the last opportunity for us to hunt. Well all year I have been dreaming of getting on a flooded timber hunt and blasting some greenheads(never had that happen). Well low and behold we didnt kill a single wood duck. Then out of no where a flight of greenheads circle the trees and drop into the hole like clockwork. It was freakin awesome. Such a great way to end the season. The coolest thing was that I've never even seen a big duck in this hole. It was definitely a blessing from God that ended the season on an exciting hunt. And it happened 5 minutes from the house after I been going all over trying to get on em all year with no luck.
