My buddy couldn't make it out with me to Calcasieu on Sunday so I decided to stay close to home and I fished Trinity Bay (TX) with a neighbor instead. Fish were not biting so we anchored up and broke out the sandwiches. Had a bunch of bread left over and chunked it in the water - well, within about 2 minutes I had "birds working" like crazy. Boats started pouring in and it looked like a darn parking lot of flats boats after about 10 minutes.
Got such a kick out of it that I tried it a little while later with potato chips - I think we caught way more fisherman than fish!
