Looking good...

I'm sure there are more "correct" ways but i normally sand the aluminum with 400 grit on a d.a. sander then wipe it down with lacquer thinner then use the mercury primer in the spray can and whatever paint. (in the spray can)

Like I said i'm sure there are far more correct ways but its quick, easy, and it works. Its kept the paint on the gearcase at 120mph+ as good or better than the time consuming more correct methods I've used in the past.
