J and J wanted to drill holes thru the porcelain tile and wood floors inside our house to treat the entire slab

I declined and no longer have "100%" coverage in case of infestation... The house has been with them since new and is 16 yrs old.
They did do the perimeter trench and drilled outside thru carport and patio for around a grand at renewal if I remember correctly...
We remain under contract, for what its worth, and they inspect yearly...
