Thanks Mike! Man, the last 24 hours have been hectic. I started all of this as a sole proprietor. Under the advice of my attorney, he told me not to...The app was already done. I've learned that you can set up an LLC in one day and, obtain an EIN in a few minutes...It's been a heckuva time, the last 24 hours!
Now, it's on to tracking down vendors, building a website (2 weeks) and, obtaining my sponsorship here, once I have some inventory.
There's a lot that has to be considered on your local level, when all I was worried about before was the Fed level. There are classifications of weapons that I can sell as soon as the ATF is gone. Other types of weapons (used), I have to put up big bonds on and wait 30 days after inspection. I also have to obtain different licenses from the city to do so. Again, my head is spinning! I never knew I would have to do so much in such a short time. I also didn't know that I could pull it off...Assuming all goes well with the ATF tomorrow!
