4/21 BL sunset
It has been literally months off the water, so bro-in-law and I decided to take a late afternoon trip to see if we could find a few fish. We decided to bring the waders, and we were able to scare up a few. The best was 5.2lb/24.5" which was my best outside of the boat.
The water was stained but not terrible, and we pretty much stuck to the east bank given the stiff winds out of the east. We caught trout on pink catch 2000's, pink/silver mirrordine, and various plastics.
Still trying to figure out the wading gig and looking forward to summer! It was nice to be back on the water with my fishing partner.
