Haynie and be done w it. But everyone has their own opinion. Talk to someone who has fished out of every boat out there. It won't have the fit and finish of a ranger, yellowfin, nautic star, triton, champion, lake and bay, or shearwater, but good luck getting any of the previous mentioned boats in some shallow water. With that being said, a haynie will outride any of the previous mentioned boats in rough water, including the gulf. I've fished out of every boat mentioned and i don't own a boat right now, but i'll never buy anything but a haynie when i buy a boat. Besides fit and finish and little things, a haynie will outperform any other boat in any situation. Best all around boat out there.
