Really it is just a plan that is not adequately funded much like social security. In order to pay for this plan yes middle class to corporate tax rates will go up.
Rest assured those that do not pay taxes now and receive the earned income credit (a form of welfare that is not talked about) will continue to do as they have always done.
In summary healthcare and qualify of life for middle class and higher people will decrease while thier taxes increase. Lower class people that pay little to no taxes will actually have a better quality of life and enjoy the same health care "we" "enjoy". The only difference is we will pay for ours and their shortfall only to end up in a worse spot than we were prior to the plan.
It's a huge win for those that are un-employed and or very low income earners. Those of us that work hard to make sure our families are taken care of...... Not so much.
