Agreed, "Hard Head" may not be the best way to welcome new members.
Again, I thought it up in literally under 5 minutes. I also thought about using things like "fingerling", etc. Most sites use "Newbie", "Up and Comer", "Pro", etc. Any suggestions are welcome. The post counts are at the top of this thread...feel free to come up with a new scale. There's some SC cash in it for someone who comes up with a better one.
