Even though this is a chain and it's lower wage employees, that's still not a legitimate reason. I worked minimum wage at a retail store (Oreilley's, now thats a tough customer base) and never, not once treated my job any different than I do now - I did my job at 100% and always went out of my way to do what I was getting paid for, which was to help customers and sell the products on the shelf. They go hand in hand.
Most of these cats are going to school, and you've all worked with them at some point... That degree is going to take them to the top, not work. Then they hit the work force and suck *** and job hop because they feel they are too good to actually have to bust ***. Nothing against school, just the mentality that has been created to coerce kids into going.
