They have every chance to do whatever they want to do. When I was a young man, I had to step off the sidewalk if a white man was walking down it at the same time. Mr. AJ, I fear has passed because I haven't seen him in some time but, he left a great impression on me.
I know an old black man just like that. He worked for my grandpa when he started his constrction company and stayed on with my uncle when he took it over. He's around his mid to late 70's and still knows his way around a shovel and has put me to shame many times swinging a sledge hammer. I always called him my other grandpa. Anytime he needs something welding related, he comes to the shop looking for me. He always tells his crew that I am his N***er! They all get a kick out of that. He always complains about the young black generation and how lazy they are. He told me once that most of his kids came out good, but one is just a no good n***er!

This man and many others have shown time and time again that color has nothing to do with it. It's about the character of a person. Unfortunately any form of character or sense of responsibiltity is looked at as "being white" by a large portion of the black youths. It's all about living the thug life and getting street creds from you hommies. I'm sure some will diagree with that, but I have seen it from grade school till now. They are taking all the gains made by the older generation and throwing it down the toilet to look hardcore like thier idols (rappers, gangstas, and sports stars).
