Just got 4 gallons of fresh sourwood honey in from Tennessee. This stuff is by far the best honey I've ever tasted and I'd consider myself a connoisseur of honey. I've tasted dozens of types from all over the country. And to date, sourwood is still at the top of my list. This will all be going into miniature mason jars to give as wedding favors in September.
