The one time I fished the lights this summer was the 4th of july weekend. Pretty much every peir had lights on, but there was also a bunch of people on their peirs. You can put out of heberts and imediately start fishing. we didnt have to run to find lights. You can fish all the way north from that point. Also could try the lights by commissary and work your way north from that point.
