Buy a Garmin Nuvi for $199.00 and leave 15 min early and you will never need one.
Got tickets all the time with one on the dash, should not have a problem with 5 mph over and 10 mph on interstates so I do not see the need anymore. Wish I had the money I spent in 1991 on speeding tickets and bail money.
