Does anyone have any experience or know anyone who refurbishes old tractors?

I am interested in refurbishing the tractor shown in the pictures below.
I believe it is a 1970 model Farmall 140.

It was originally bought by my grandpaw who has passed away and it is still used by my father and me to cut 6 acres of grass.

As you can see it is need of a new deck.

The tractor runs great but has a few problems that I would like a professional to fix the right way.

We have looked at new tractors and for $20k you can't buy a tractor made as well as this one is.
We have decided to put some money into this tractor instead of buying a new one.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
