A new paint job would be about all of the cosmetics I am wanting to do to it.
It would have to be almost completely disassembled, which would mean mostly new nuts and, bolts due to corrosion and, breakage. A lot of degreasing, some blasting, sanding and, shooting and, it would look dang good again.

All BS aside, it could get pretty costly due to the number of hours that would have to be put into it...Not "Rick's Restorations" expensive but, costly.
