I have a bay house in Port Lavaca for sale. Prices and taxes are better here than Rockport. IF anyone is interested give me a shout. The house sits on a bluff 25 feet above the water and the property slopes down to the water. There is a 180 ft pier with a 6000 lb boat lift. I even have a 2012 Majek Extreme that I can sell. Let me know if there is any interest. I got tons of pictures.
