go buy a folding chair with the plastic seat, cut out a hole with a dremel and bring a bucket to place underneath it. A cheap poncho and there you have it, a customized bathroom for the old' lady. just make sure you make it seem like a really big deal to her, that you had this laid out plan in her best interests...might be worth it to you.
