Hey math geek, do you see a casino willing to get up and move because they're trying hard to take your money? How about a McDonald's or a grocery store?

Its easy and convenient to keep a boat in a stall. Gear boxes, fish cleaning station, a place to hang a banner and advertise....come on dude
So you are saying that there are never occasions where you would most likely provide a better fishing experience to your clients by trailering your boat to a different launch 45-90 minutes away? The best possible fishing experience is always available from your home launch? Come on man, I know better!

I've appreciated the occasions where guides were willing to trailer their boats to get us closer to the action rather than beating us on a long, rough ride across open water or piling on lots of excuses why fish couldn't be caught on the relatively calm water accessible from their home port.

I've also appreciated when they've simply said, "They ain't biting over here right now, let me hook you up with a buddy on the other side who is catching fish."

The fish aren't always biting everywhere, and a good guide should be willing to either take the clients to where the fish are biting, or admit the situation and put the client with a guide who has access to water where they are biting.
