A gynecologist grew tired of his work and decided to go to mechanics school. He did well in his training and took the certification exam. He felt he did well, but was dumbfounded when his instructor called and told him he had scored 150% on his exam. The doctor asked the instructor how a person could score 150%?

The instructor explained he scored 50% for dismantling the mechanisms and 50% for putting them back together. He was awarded an additional 50% for something he had never seen before --- doing it all through the muffler.
