As they say all good things must come to an end, but the end doesn't appear to be anywhere in sight! Today I had Dr. Hatzis and his fiancé on the boat hungry for something to just pull on the line. They haven't gotten to fish since last August and I knew exactly what to do. Deep inside the marsh where the tide fell out and exposed the mud banks, I saw redfish wakes all over the place. Slick calm water exposed their unmistakable V's as we drove to the money spot. As soon as I dropped the trolling motor the reds started tugging. It took about 20 minutes to reach our limit and both Nick and Heather kept catching and releasing till their arms hurt! 45.8 degree water, 2-4 ft depths, 1/4 oz jighead tightlined and bounced along the clam shells did the work in the gold colored crystal clear waters. Come get it while it's hot! I'm open for business tomorrow and Monday! 225-776-9820
