I've been cooking on it for a while now. I'm just in the transition process to a new trailer and, such. That said, it cooks great! Pegged out, it'll hold 120 lb of leg quarters. That's what we cooked for a Little Angels Foundation charity event a while back.

That was all layout and, freehand torch cuts. I started with a cutoff wheel and, that lasted like no time at all before I was tired of burning up blades!
