Great video.

For that size batch of "ICE" I would probably add a few more ounces of Vodka.

In the video.....I heard you say "hand squeezed" lemons. I used to hand squeeze my fruit and that took along time. I have had a Citri+star electric juicer for 2 years and love it. It cut way down the time it takes to do a few hundred pieces of fruit.

I have juiced over 2000 lemons, grapefruits, and several other things in last 2 years and it has worked very well. Great $ 75 investment to make the job much easier.

Another thing to do with lemons........after you "juice" them, cut the rind into pieces and throw them into a food processer to grind them up. Put the ground lemon rinds into baggies and freeze. When you boil any seafood, put in 1 or 2 bags of this to add extra flavor.
