1lb of bacon slices laid out side by side on.parchment paper. Cut a piece of parchment half as wide as the bacon an lay on top of one end of the bacon. Fold bacon back on itself with the half parchment between the fold. Roll up tightly and suff in a wide mouth quart jar. Pressure can at 10lbs for 90 minutes. Thats the jist of it.
