Down side - more impact to innocent lives from stoned/high users. Look at Colorado who is trying to respond to the 190% increase in related accidents with injuries on the slopes. (caused by stoned people on the slopes and not good for the ski industry).

I could go on and on - but so be it!

You don't that increase is from MJ tourist that have never skied before then went to Colorado to experience freedom and then went skiing ?
There have been bars at the summits forever.
