Been using Cabelas for 3 years now and still love it. Do lots of sausage, fish and groundmeat and no overheating at all. Key is buying bags offline in bulk. Get 100 precut commercial bags offline for same price as 15 bags at wal mart, and I like them better. Absolutely hate using the roll bag.
