they often do this so its done by their requirements and its well worth the wait to let them do it or you risk them coming make you dig it up if its 3" to high or low or they want a 12" and you put in a 16".

it sounds stupid but they made my brother inlaw dig up his 16" pipe and then they came put in a 12" to replace it and not one guy there said itmade any sense to them either but the rules are the rules.

following regulations and even those secret rule changes they don't put in writing but your supposed to know about can be a beach ya know lol
