They use to do in Lafourche too but they cut it out. now we have to put them in ourselves. My neighbor just put in about 60' with one catch basin and it was right at $3,000. That's for 24" oval ($$$$$$) Galvanized pipe.

It was
$300 for dirt
$500 for tractor work/installation
$150 for a "Landscape Culvert Permit"
$400 for that catch basin
The rest was for the actual culvert


In Lafourche we have 2 different permits forculverts. 1 is for a driveway up to 50 and cost $25. The other is a landscape culvert permit and that one cost $150


As far as the meter pole that's going to run you a couple hundred. After you install it the Electric company will come by to make sure it's installed properly. Look on their website and they should have a schematic on how the meter pole be installed.
