I have a Garmin with the Birdseye imagery subscription. You can download aerial photos to the GPS. I don't really use it much for fishing other than locating some of the reefs in Big Lake but I'm sure the aerial photos would be great for marsh fishing.

Mine is the GPSMAPS 62S... I stayed away from the touchscreen because I have gloves on a lot of times while I'm riding my ATV and hunting. I have seen nothing but great reviews on the Oregon touchscreen models.
