This is where the super tankers unload and oil is shipped through a pipe line back to the coast. It is directly in the path from GI to the WD field an the canyon. They have a safety buffer zone with a very large an fast boat that will try and chase you down if you cross the safety zone. And they have pipes submerged just below the surface running from the anchor buoys back to the rig to offload the oil. I'm sure the LOOP responder would get to you before you hit one he's got a pretty sick water monitor to spray you down with to.
