I must confess.

I looked at marina prop. And canal property. And even jacked up trailor park with boat launch under trailor.

It really depends on we're u are. And bro research stuff call and talk to people. Then get out and talk to whom ever will talk walking around area. Seems to be the best way.i took a weekend to do this. Found out a lot and spoke on phone to people.

Let's just say you won't believe the differing views of people living just down the canal. Or even their representatives .

If I could I would find a dead end canal without a house or road and build from there cuz then only then would the people moving there have to feel they need to fit in .

I'm out as it seems people on the canal I checked we're more worried about me fitting in and just as badly themselves fitting in to the water front owners.

And bro look out for places that are owned by the same family looking to sell. If they got 25% of the area you can bet there is some **** going down.
