HIGH HIGH HIGH i think it will be like last year all the white perch is gonna spawn in swamp with high h2o and get stuck.when you ready to catch some white perch ill let you know when they turn on.shallow runner is a good fisher man on the river like i said i have trees sunk but i dont keep any white perch unless 9inch or bigger just my preferance.
