Those are really good. I use to do them years ago. After learning produce I switched to ice because there was more money in it. Hey she doesnt need to take classes she should teach them.....lol. Tell her to go to JB Prince.com. Its a culinary tool company. They have carving knives for veggies and instructional books too. I have books of carvings made of fruits and vegetables from Japan that would blow your mind.
