dont worry it is a very easy job.
Dont forget about the bolt that is under the trim tab on the lower unit. They also have two stainless pins that go in a hole in the lower unit and in the housing of the water pump. Most kits come with new stainless pins. They are a pia to get out of the lower unit so I never change them.
When you put the LU back on tighten the bolts evenly.
