Of all sharks, I believe bull sharks are the most common in freshwater systems. They have been known to travel far up the Mississippi to Missouri and Illinois. Amazing creatures, but it is unsettling to many to know that an apex predator such as a bull shark is swimming so close to home.

I'd love to catch one. Fascinating creatures.....
