I can't remember for sure....... but I think for the 7mm-08 you can buy a "reduced recoil" load bullet. This option would allow your daughter to get use to shooting the gun with out much "kick".
Then have some of the regular loads for hunting.... but don't tell her and she will never know the difference when she gets a shot at a deer.
