I would look hard at a 230 Key West. My buddy has a 196 Bay Reef and that boat rides VERY, VERY well for a 19' boat.
The fit and finish of the KW boats are extremely nice as well. I looked at a 210 Bay Reef before I got my 220 LTS and the main reason I got the Triton was because I couldn't afford the KW. I got the Triton used from a guy out of Florida.
KW also has the performance bulletin on their site.
If you plan on going off(near) shore several times a year then you will appreciate the 19 degree deadrise.
However, I love my 220!
