I paid 31000 out the door. Not a bad deal from what I've been told. I priced, and checked out a lot of boats the last month, and the excel was cheaper for the exact same options than every other boat in its class. Also the fit and finish is heads and tails above the xpress h22b. Which is what I wanted when I first started looking.
