I have only tried out there once, found some Gaffers and that was it.
I generally catch all I need inside the bay but Sat was a different story.

Not exactly sure why they have them, but I would guess either for extra support/protection for the pipelines/platform. Or just to protect the bottom from the big boats moaring to them.
