First off dont rinse it off and if you are cutting steaks just make long cuts in one direction with a sharp knife, like a filet knife, dont saw it. You dont need much, just some cracked pepper and sea salt and sesame seeds. Sear it on both sides in a very hot skillet in Olive oil and some sesame oil. Get you some ponzu sauce to dip it in and youre good to go.
