There are 3 weirs that I know of in the Redfish Point area. I find the one in the on the bayou between South Lake and Fearman is better for shrimp, and the one at the GW Camp better for fish. I never really go to the one on the Little Bay side. Hog Bayou can be good at times also, thats the name of the one by hell hole. Usually let the tidal direction dictate which one I try to throw at. I used to fish live bait a lot more but have gotten away from it but I will got to the weir if I have someone with me that wants to try some. My Dad usually makes me get dirty.
